Laptop mounting Arm & Platform Assembly.

Super strong extremely adjustable mounting arm and tray for Laptop computers or LCD monitors with permanently attached bases or without the VESA hole pattern on the back.

Can be mounted using either #8 or #10 wood or machine screws (not supplied). Single arm design with a ball and socket type adjustment. Easily repositions with just a twist of the easy to grab knob.

Super strong design, these components are actually qualified for mounting equipment in military vehicles. Yet with the cast aluminum arm construction it weighs less than 3 pounds. Will easily handle loads up to 20 lbs.

Maximum base to shelf height is approximately 8.5 inches. Platform is constructed from high impact plastic and is approximately 10inches deep and holds Laptops from 10 to 15 inches wide. Adjustable grippers, and a spring loaded clamping system built into the platform keep the laptop in place at any angle.

Can also be used as an secondary mounting shelf for the Monitor Jack based EasyChair Workstations.

Double Ball & Socket joints allow for an extremely wide adjustment for angle. The base may also be attached to vertical surfaces for use as a wall mounted platform for your laptop or other device.
Another application is for a vehicle mount for your laptop. Just securely mount the base to you center console, and your laptop will be at your fingertips. Ball Base only (Flat Surface Mount)

Additional Mounting Base for Laptop Mounting arm, or LCD mounting arm. Allows easy movement of Laptop Mounting platform & arm between vehicles or locations. The Mounting base is permanently affixed to its location, but with just a twist of the knob on the side of the arm link, the arm & platform can be removed or installed on the mounting base. Put a mounting base in each of your cars, or put one on your desk or even attach one to you easychair, and move the laptop platform & arm where you need it. (#8 or #10 screws needed to attach to surface - not supplied.) Base is 2 inches in diameter, and ball is 1.5inches in diameter.

Socket Arm Only

Use with the ball base ends (either RM-02 or RM-02c) to make an adjustable support arm set. Note this item cannot be used alone -- it will need a ball base (either clamp or flat) for each end to make a complete support arm set. The Socket Arm with two ball base ends is about 8 inches in total length. The following RM-03 set may be used if you need to add length to make a dual link support arm.

Ball & Socket Arm Link only

A double ended ball unit, and Socket Arm set. Adds an additional link set to the arm on either the Laptop Platform & arm, or the LCD mounting arm. Adds about 7 inches to the total length of the arm, and another Ball and socket joint set which increases angle adjustment options. Caution: more that two links total, and the extra length can cause the platform to be less rigid.

LCD display VESA mounting arm only

Note: The VESA mount is a 4 hole pattern on the back of your LCD display at either 100mmx100mm or 75mmx75mm. This arm has both sets of holes and will attach to either. Most LCD displays(but not all)have this mounting option on the back. Please check with you LCD supplier if your display has this mounting option. A much "beefier" version of our VESA monitor mount for the Boom Arm Starbase Workstation. This VESA mount Will support the larger 19 to 22 inch LCD flatscreen monitors up to 22 pounds. This will also work with the Apple iMac G5 with its VESA Mount. Note: additional counterbalance base weight plates may be needed on workstations with heavier monitors or other options mounted on the boom arm.

Sidekick Keyboard Podium.

A free standing adjustable keyboard stand with a weighted offset base that was developed for use with a recliner or wheelchair. The the height is easily changed over a 10inch range with a simple lever.


The SideKick comes with a contour-shaped top in a durable laminate. It will accommodate most keyboards made today, including Microsoft's Natural Keyboard.
